- Any kind of renewal fees will not be refunded.
- Domain registration related fees associated with any web hosting plan will not be refunded.
- We will not refund if your service is suspended or terminated for any ethical cause.
- If you purchase our web hosting plan with a free domain offer, your domain price would be deducted from the amount for the refund.
- License fees for third party software will be deducted from the amount for the refund. (ex: cPanel license, IP address etc.)
- You must have to confirm that you knock us for a refund less than 30 days of the purchasing day.
- Monthly plan: There will be no refund. You can turn off your subscription any time.
- Quarterly, semi annually, annually plans: We will refund if you knock within 30 days of subscription date.
- Fees for IP address + setup will not be refunded. (IP address $2, setup fee $10)
- License fees of cPanel for VPS hosting will not be refunded. cPanel license costs: Solo (1 Account $10), Admin (Up to 5 Accounts $15), Pro (Up to 30 Accounts $20), Premier (Up to 100 Accounts $35) will be deducted from your pricing.
- There is no refund facility for domain registration fee.
- You can transfer your domain name anywhere at any time. Hostimpel will not be creating any obstacle for that.
- Login your Hostimpel billing account.
- Open a support ticket for the billing department.
- We will process your information & contact you within 3 business days.
